renamed the component from user-interface to the better name human-interface

Updated plugins/ dependancies , added Prettier to vue project and applied ESLint and Prettier reformatting of all docs via VSCode plugins

commented out some of the unused code for now

Also clean up linting fails

sign out is not working - not sure where to put the correct log out sections / getter and action

tweaks to some of the components and some basic styling, still working on importing libraries.

Few things don't work as expected but you can type in a email and be blocked or allowed in, currently only using 1 account
