able to get to iOS device via listed array, currently capture does not shrink to custom view size but is cropped

half success - added ability to connect to an iOS device and list it as avalible however at the moment quicktime player needs to be open with new recording mode to show device

First Commit, Application uses AVFoundation to get AVdevices and display as a monitor app in macOS app. Currently this is using built in Facetime Camera, however ambition is to use iPhone USB connected camera. Unsure if this should be Airplay at this stage.
